Castle being hired to uncover if a client’s husband was having an affair sounded boring but witnessing what looked like the client’s murder by what looked like her husband was surprising and Castle thinking the husband's suicide was also murder was a double twist

Alexis testing her dad was listening by saying she signed up for an escort service was amusing and Dr. Kelly Neiman was playing it very cool considering she is implicated in multiple murders

Martha boyfriend wearing Richard pajamas was amusing and Richard being overjoyed at the Mars simulation was amusing but the other astronauts all being in on the murder was a surprising twist as they almost committed the perfect crime

Wow what a tragic end to Kevin's security detail but it all happened so quick there was nothing Kevin could of done different to change it and glad Frank wasn't the shooter
