lost points
Hi
I was advised to contact admin by the online customer service as I have lost points. I PM'd the moderator idedw - Sorry can't remember name - but he states to PM him in the lost points thread to get back points. I haven't had a response and wondered if I had done something wrong somewhere in the process?
Can anyone advise me please?
