how do you know that, because it is only showed on cw network and it cant be shown in just one area, I don't think.

I know because I was able to watch 15 minutes of it. I missed 45 minutes of it, and yes it did come on the cw network.

I don't know where you got information but all tv website says episode 15 doesn't air until March 12th now if you saw an episode on CW network the answer it was repeat episode.
