Hi, I lost some points when I tried to watch some shows yesterday. My RealPlayer was not working because I didn't have some unknown plug-ins. I'm still not sure what additional plug-ins I may need, since everything was working fine just two weeks ago. Anyway, would you be able to refund the points that I lost? Thanks!
