Well it's to hard predict which turtle duck into the water

I wish I knew what the secret is to playing this game.  Does anyone know how to predict when the turtle is going to duck under the water?  Some people are getting really high scores.

keep an eye at the bottom of the river ever few seconds food comes out of shell and turtle goes down
