HELP can't watch anything

I am a VIP member, however, suddenly I have not been able to watch many of the programs because I always get this error box: Parameters setting error! Access declined. This operation has been recorded by system

simple shut down your computer and restart it-if that work than try switch off your router and switch it back on than log back in
