Nicely done.
I just want to add to point #3 that there's a function in RealPlayer under Tools > Preference > General > Playback Settings > On-demand Internet Clips, there's a "Pause clip at start" option. If you check that, it will automatically pause the clip for you when after you hit 'Play in RealPlayer' or 'Play in RealPlayer Theater Mode'.
