Little girl's are not living dolls, though, as the get around 3 or 4 and giving them a bunch of costumes to play dress up is cool.

Chocolate, especially in the States, has become so saturated with corn syrup and preservative chemicals, that it is all tasting so artificial.  At least to me,  If I buy chocalte, i splurge and try to go to an all natural bar.  Oh, and I knew almost every candy your story had, except for 3 of em.

Barb, there are Chick fil a, pretty much in a lot of places in the US, though Indiana is the closest to Michigan that has them, as does a few points of Ohio.  And I can not see what the whole deal with Tim Horton's is?  I found their coffee to not be that great.

Finding sweets and good deserts for those that are wheat-gluten free is hard.  When you get around to it, good luck.

I make my own ginger tea.  I spent 3 years or so up in Nova Scotia, and yes I drank Tim Horton's, but it wasn't my favorite.  I agree with carrying the tea, it is ridiculous what places charge for tea

Nice thought, but when you are broke, bills piling up, you gotta do what you gotta do.  I took a job as a vegetarian chef in a retreat center for little money, though I am an IT person.  Why because I was homeless for 2 months before I took that job (it included room and board) Having been laid off from my previous job and going months of not finding work that I wanna do.  Oh, I am back in the IT field

Not true, though some problems seem that way.  Migraines are one that have most doctors confounded.  Both my ex and my mother suffered them.  My mother's never went away and persisted to she died.  My ex, though various techniques, had not suffered for years.

I feel for you Barb and wish you all the best in dealing with it as bravely as you do.

I agree with shinny, experiment and test.  I am not much of a baker, as baking, unless you know what you are doing, is very precise, so the bakers I had managed in my kitchen, I let them stay in charge with that, with only me giving what kind of bread and pastries I wanted done.

I do know that making GF bread is one of the harder breads to make.  Good Luck and enjoy

I agree that there are many folk remedies that are good, but "buyer beware" there are also many that are not and can be harmful.  In this day of information that is readily available, please do research on a new "old" thing.  I am a firm believer in natural health remedies, but there is a lot of "snake oil" out there too.

Lately, I have been suffering, and fighting hard at my new job to get my health insurance (which was suppose to have started the 1st of January) But the HMO has no record of me.  Ugh, I dislike aging.  Though as a great teacher once said, "All human beings go through Birth, Aging, Sickness, and Death"  I just don't always like the aging and sickness part alot of times, and as I am typing, the fourth one hasn't happen (Wonder if Zombies feel sickness )

My bad Gypsy (And nice to meet you too   ) I thought you were talking about the preview post button on the bottom of the thread page.  You are 100% correct that it does not work on editing page or on the aforementioned preview post page.  I will look more into this.

Ok, it is a known issue with Chrome   , it seems it is an old IE standard, one work around is using IEtab extension for chrome for the forums.  If I find anything else, i will let you know

bala, I use at home both FF and Chrome, due to dual to 3 screen setup (it varies with what i am doing) it matters for what I want to do.  I prefer Chrome, but many pages are made for IE, so sometimes Chrome has a bad reaction (similar to me using IE)  Because of my work, I also have to use IE there, along with FF as my main.
