The site recently changed credit card gateways, and the new one doesn't accept Visa. The link Jim (aka codebreaker) provided explains the alternate methods to purchase points, and they're actually a better deal. As for why the Bitcoin option isn't working for you, I have no idea. I'll need to check it out, and ask Admin, to see if something about it has changed.
