My internet is ok connection but shows buffer so slow. Should a 40 min episode in HD take an hour and a half to fully buffer on a 10mbps? I just did a speed test on ookla and the readings are typical for any time here. 23 ms PING 10.85mbps DS and 1.47 US
I would think that's enough to stream...
Anyone have any advise?
