Hello ~~ I have attempted to write this on the "live support" and actually spoke with someone who said my points would be credited ~~ and it has not happened. I have watched OnceUponATime ~ S1, 22 Episodes + S2, 12 Episodes = 34 Episodes + SoYouThinkYouCanDance ~ S9, 1 Episode + Mental ~ S1, 5 Episodes = Total of 40 Episodes which should have deducted 80 points. With poor streaming, I had to go in to the Episodes several times and it has subtracted 96 points. Please credit 16pts. And please advise about the streaming issue. Is there anything I can do to remedy this situation??? Thank you ~~

As for the streaming issue, I do know there have been some problems, especially with the EU server. You may want to check our Flash Player Trouble Shooting / Helpful Tips Thread in case there are some tips there you haven't tried.
