request reimbursement for point deducted when the stream is not available?

Please follow the link posted by codebreaker. It's helpful if you include a copy of the affected part of your viewing history, if you're able. Admin is more than happy to give reimbursement for lost points.

Also, please note that usually, when you get the "stream not found" message, if you refresh the page and try again, the show will work. You have 30 attempts per 24 hours to watch any episode (on either server) on your initial points. It is often helpful to check the forum if you are getting that message to see if others are having problems with a particular episode.
