major problem

When I press play on any episode in the list of newly posted episodes, I get as far as the play arrow. When I press that I just get a white screen. Sometimes you can hear the show playing but no picture. I hope I can be reimbursed for my lost points. Thanks

How are you accessing the VIP site? On your computer or on an Apple mobile device? Also, in order to be reimbursed for lost points, you need to follow the instructions in post #1 here.
