I have just bought 20F$ and friend vista agrees that I now own 20F$. However, the F$ are not showing on my viptv log in page and so I cannot exchange them for points! What can I do please? I have contacted the "live chat"online customer support link but I get no answer to my questions and after 10 minutes it automatically ends the conversation !!! I still have no reply to my question. I have been given the following details by friend vista and paypal is showing the payment to friendvista but still no F$ showing on my viptv screen! The button for Live CS is not lit up, which means there is no one on duty there yet. As codebreaker said, you can send a PM to site admin. Be aware of the time difference, as he, and Live CS are in China.
