Gossip Girl - 4.20

Hi... When I try to watch Gossip Girl - 4.20 - The Princesses and the Frog both sides (US/UK), at 1:34 the sound just cuts out and doesn't go back on. Is it possible to get that fixed and can I get a 2 pt credit for it, please?
