The only things I can suggest is to do some troubleshooting - see VIP Help!!~ Real Player & Other Problems?? (Easy Tips & Fixes). Often a resetting of your RealPlayer settings will help. If all is well there and the problem continues, please repost so we can help find a solution. In the meantime, you are always allowed to PM lbjedward for reimbursement of lost points.
