Hi!

It has happened like three or four times now, so I decided to write here about it. Sometimes when I'm pausing a video (smallville in these cases), and then trying to start it again, it just says:
Time Out
WWW.TV-VIDEO.NET

Then when I start it again, I'm losing more points.
How can I prevent that from happening? I've lost six or eight points due to this issue, so I'd really like to solve it.

That occasionally happens to me too, but you should NOT be getting charged again.  Please send a PM to lbjedward with a copy of the affected part of your viewing history for reimbursement of lost points.

Make sure to clear your cache before each viewing session.  I find it's helpful.  I also go into my RP and clear the history (if I didn't when I last closed it) and do a test on the speed.  Even if you have really fast internet, a lower setting on your RP speed often works better for some reason.  if you continue to to have issues, I suggest checking the VIP Help!!~ Real Player & Other Problems?? (Easy Tips & Fixes) thread and doing a little trounleshooting.
