I have been an avid user of VIP for a number of years and I have to say today I have reached the end of my patience with the new Flash site - I have followed all advice posted in the forum and it has still taken me nearly 6 hours to watch a CSI episode!!! PLEASE say this is going to improve or you are going to offer an alternative
