real player downloader

I operate  Mac snow leopard and have beeen a member of viptv for a while now.  Real player opens and plays viptv content great BUT will not automatically download video as it did when I used real player on a pc (XP).  Am I doing something wrong or is this normal please?

As codebreaker said, VIPTV only offers shows in the streaming format and does not support or condone downloading of the shows.
