Ok it looks like Dean is back to save his brother. Ruby is conning  Sam and making him become what he was meant to become. And she will end up on top so she thinks. Ruby will have to grow on me too.

Of course Ruby is conning - she's a demon! LOL
I didn't like the old Ruby at first, but she grew on me. And now it feels like I have to start all over again, with a new Ruby.
Sam and Dean are on opposite sides, the demon (Ruby) is helping Sam and the angel (what was his name?) is helping Dean. Interesting plot. Can't wait for the next episode.

Edit: Castiel is the angels name.
