I liked Cas going to hug Sam    I am going to miss soulless Sam though, hopefully Sam doesn't become a whiner again.  And Dean is going to pay for this somehow.

So we got to see what Sam did when he came back and it look like he scratched that itch and look like the barrier has been broken thanks those flashback of him remember what he did

Sam going back to Rhode Island where he attacked the cop was unfortunate but getting arrested by him this time was amusing

Well this was good episode but the twist women kidney kind made it obvious she would have die but love that dean car attacked him that was so funny

Dean being chased by his car was amusing and the kidney twist was interesting

Well i love how the writer made fun of themselves on the show but shooting the executive producer was a bit over the top and i would love seen blooper for this episode.
