I have heard this may help to solve the problem
1. In RealPlayer, click the Tools menu and choose Preferences. The Preferences box opens.
2. In the Category pane under Connection, click Network Transports.
3. Select the Manually configure connection settings check box.
4. Click the RTSP Settings button.
5. Clear the top three boxes, then make sure the Attempt to use HTTP for all content check box is selected.
6. Click the PNA Settings button.
7. Clear the top three boxes, then make sure the Attempt to use HTTP for all content check box is selected.
8. Click OK twice to save your changes, then try to connect again.
or
1. Open RealPlayer.
2. On the Tools menu, click Preferences. The Preferences box opens.
3. In the Category pane, select Hardware.
From the Hardware window, try each of these:
- Under Playback Performance, move the slider to the left, towards Lowest CPU usage.
- Click OK twice to save the changes.
- Close out of RealPlayer, restart it, and sign back in.
- If this does not work, set Playback Performance back to its default.
- Under Sound Card Compatibility, click the Settings button.
- Move the slider bar for Playback Quality to Most reliable.
- Click OK twice to save the changes.
- Close out of RealPlayer, restart it, and sign back in.
- If this does not work, set Sound Card Compatibility back to its default.
- Under Video Card Compatibility, move the slider bar Most reliable.
- Click OK twice to save the changes.
- Close out of RealPlayer, restart it, and sign back in.
- If this does not work, set Video Card Compatibility back to its default.
