The bar manager serving low-grade liquor out of premium bottles to save money that he's drinking away himself was crazy and catching him drunk sleeping on the couch was unbelievable but at leased the owner fired the weak links

Jon sending in 60 bikers unannounced to do the reckon on the biker bar was great as the owner was drunk before they arrived and failing the stress test a second time was disappointing but all pulling together after a slow start on the relaunch was great

The security camera catch the cook faking an injury in the kitchen was unbelievable and the fact the business parters are at each others throats but changing their rolls in the business made a lot of differences

Watching Paul the owner abuse his staff during the reckon was unbelievable and how do you refuse your boss a drink  when he's drunk but Paul firing Brandon before the relaunch and disappearing himself was a surprise

What a dysfunctional family and their poor concept being amongst their problems wasn't helping but Alex made a great recovery after the first stress test

The bar owner not taking responsibility for his cockroach infested bar but blaming his staff was a little predictable and the bar design being because it's close to North Carolina's Fort Bragg was impressive

I cant believe the bar had that rickety mechanical bull and the fact they closed the kitchen after their friend and cook committed suicide was tragic but over pouring at a rate of $98,000 a year is ridiculous and changing the bull to a shark was novel

Jon having to deal with the strained friendship between the two partners who are classically trained chefs was crazy as the one wrote to Jon rather than speak to his partner, the stress test was a disaster as it was taking over half an hour to get food out the kitchen but the re-launch was awesome

Kevin standing talking while his wife was struggling with the surprise test was disappointing and his wife asking him to be a silent partner was a surprise but doing it to save his marriage was the right thing to do, the cook walking out was interesting as she almost lost her job and the re-launch having two themes was a first

The two brothers draining their parent's retirement fund on what has to be one of the dirtiest bars ever was disgusting and one of the brother storming of after the re-launch was a surprise

Jesse giving away more drinks than he sold was crazy and with his laid back attitude makes him one of the worst bartenders ever but he did manage to bring 25 girls to the stress test and the re-launch was another great job
