I was watching season 1, episode 2 of Away but had to give up half way through. Bearing in mind the show is based on astronauts of different nationalities on a mission to Mars, with each government having their own agenda and speaking in their own language, we have a show with around 4+ different languages with pretty much all of the important plot lines playing out in those languages and.. no subtitles.<div><br></div><div>I imagine the remainder of the season is going to require subtitles also, but am reluctant to watch on VIPTV until its been confirmed that every episode has working subtitles.</div><div><br></div><div>Could we have subtitles added for each episode, please, as, without which, this excellent series is unwatchable?</div>

Episode two in the list is the same file as episode 1.    May I please get a point reimbursement, and a notification that the episode has been replaced with correct one?  (So I don't keep checking and waste the points on my end)  Thanks!

I know this is the forum for reporting errors but how do you report an issue with a forum thread? I have been noticing the amount of spam and porn in the forum has been getting worse. Are some areas just left to their own devices so to speak, without moderation? Or is there a way to report a particular thread so it can be brought to the attention of the mods? Thank you!

We don't purposely leave any up, but we aren't online 24/7. I spend most of my time on the forum banning spammers and deleting porn. I know other mods do the same. I've not been well, so haven't checked in for a couple days - usually I check daily. There's no need to report it, unless you receive something in your personal inbox, as we can see everything that needs to be taken care with regards to those posts.

I've tried everything. Clearing cookies, cache, using different browsers, nothing seems to help. The videos load but so slowly that it is impossible to watch nor download. It can take over an hour for a download. My download speed is iver 200 mbs. I don't know what else to do. please advise!

Big Mouth season 3 is supposed to have 11 episodes. There are 11 on the site but the first two are the same and the true episode 2 is missing. Episode 2 is supposed to be "Girls Are Angry Too".

Hi - the movie Another Round is Danish, and there are no sub-titles offered. I'm going to hazard a guess that the majority of folks globally trying to view it won't be Danish or speak Danish; would it be possible to reload this with subtitles please?

You have to click on the subtitles. Press the button with CC and select English.
