1. Back from the Dead
The fifth season begins with Jane desperately searching for Owen, who disappeared just before their wedding. Luke tells Jane that "Old Jane" is back on Earth and could be in anyone's body. Meanwhile, Jane takes a case involving a boy whose drug treatment is terminated by a pharmaceutical company; and Kim represents a woman whose ex-boyfriend posted nude photos of her on the Internet.

2. The Real Jane
Jane works with "Old Jane," who is now in the body of a sexy model. Together, they defend a death-row inmate convicted of killing a former classmate. Meanwhile, Grayson and Kim represent a mattress salesman who claims he was wrongfully terminated for dressing like a drag queen.

Kim takes on an alimony case close to home. Owen hires an assistant who eyes Greyson. Teri and Stacy talk sperm donors. And Jane defends a high-profile baseball player in a homicide case.

6. Fool for Love
Owen and Jane team up to tackle the case of a professor accused of smuggling drugs, and Jane uses it as a platform to pull Owen back into her life. A female video game designer goes to court for credit when it's given to her dead boyfriend. Stacy delves into her ex's pool for a possible father to her future children.

7. Miss Congeniality
A pageant contestant is stripped of her crown after claiming the Miss Universal Globe competition is rigged. Meanwhile, Kim represents her estranged dad when he loses his coaching job; and Stacy tries to convince Jane that Owen is an ideal sperm donor.

8. 50 Shades of Grayson
Following a long night at a bachelorette party, Jane ends up at the U.S./Mexico border to defend the bride's fiance, whose bachelor party went south of the border. Jane must get the groom back into the U.S. in time for the wedding. Kim represents a housewife who claims that her online erotic novel has been plagiarized by a major publisher. Meanwhile, a mysterious man appears at the firm, yet his motives remain unclear to the lawyers of Harrison & Parker. Owen struggles with his new role as Stacy's sperm donor.

9. Trust Me
Jane defends a troubled socialite and through a series of unfortunate legal turns puts the future of the firm in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Grayson represents a man who was thrown off of a commercial flight for claiming to be a vampire; and Owen shares some tough news with Stacy.

10. The Kiss
A woman files a personal-injury lawsuit when she is hurt during a wife-swap exercise as part of couples' therapy group. Meanwhile, Paul sets Jane up on a blind date; Stacy and Owen question their feelings for one another; and a man who incorporated himself hires Grayson and Owen when his shareholders try to prevent him from marrying the woman he loves.

11. One Shot
Jane defends a woman in witness protection who was caught in the middle of a drug bust; Owen represents a teen star whose reputation is put at risk after a risqué photo is taken of her; a man hires Grayson to draft an unusual love contract between him and his new wife.

12. Guess Who's Coming
Jane represents Deb's mother in a scandalous case involving sex solicitation; Grayson visits Wyoming where he must try a California client's case under Wyoming law; Nicole and Grayson's relationship takes a turn; Stacy is humiliated at yoga class.

13. Jane's Secret Revealed
Season 5 concludes with Jane representing an Amish farmer in a case against a big oil company. Meanwhile, Grayson helps a dominatrix try to collect a debt from one of her clients; and Grayson and Jane reveal their feelings for one other but are overheard by an unexpected visitor who threatens to tell everything.

Episode 1: (Oct/20/2013)
Following Moray's decision to jilt Katherine and chose Denise, Lord Glendenning’s vengeance was very quick. He took ownership of The Paradise and Moray was cast out. Denise and Moray were forced to live apart whilst Moray worked in Paris and The Paradise struggled. A year on and The Paradise is still struggling to survive without Moray. Denise was allowed to keep her job at the store with Moray’s letters the only thing helping her to get by. Lord Glendenning and Katherine also vanished from the city. Lord Glendenning has decided to sell The Paradise. Moray returns and he and Denise are reunited. The sudden arrival though of Katherine and her new husband Tom Weston leaves everybody in a spin.

Episode 2: (Oct/27/2013)
Following the return of Moray, the fortunes of The Paradise improve, but he needs to act tactfully if he is to win his store back from Tom and Katherine Weston. Clémence Romanis is welcomed by Moray to the store. Her intimacy with him instantly rouses Denise’s jealousy. Miss Audrey has to think about her future happiness.

Episode 3: (Nov/03/2013)
After Tom Weston cancels the annual staff outing, Denise decides to try and bring the Music Hall to the store. A potential opportunity for career progression has some troubling implications for both Denise and Moray.

Episode 4: (Nov/10/2013)
Denise finds out it can be lonely once you have reached the top. A surprise arrival from Susy’s past has some disastrous consequences. Moray makes a dangerous deal to try and win The Paradise back.

Episode 5: (Nov/17/2013)
Tom Weston is not happy to find out that Moray has set up a display of pocket watches which could take attention away from his own new department. Moray asks Katherine if he can use her father’s watch as a centrepiece for the display, but she refuses. Moray is not happy to discover Tom has been favouring Denise, worried that she is being used as a pawn. She reveals tohim that although her father intended it to be a gift for her husband, she refused to give it to Tom because she believed that it would always belong to Moray.

Episode 6: (Nov/24/2013)
Relationships end up being pushed to their limts as Denise gets the chance to use her business initiative. Lucille Ballentine shows up in town with her wealthy husband. The girls sense that she is troubled though. Denise and Mr Ballentine talk about his potential investment in the store and Denise gets ready a formal proposition but Moray is dismissive.

Episode 7: (Dec/01/2013)
A photographer pays a visits to the store and his portraits end up revealing extraordinary things. Denise is suffering with a broken hear and attempts to distract herself.

Episode 8: (Dec/08/2013)
Clémence shows up at the store and she finds herself at the mercy of Tom Weston. Moray risks everything to be get of his nemesis. Moray and Denise attempt to find a way to make their love work.

Finally beaten down by the gang's jokes and insults, Dee has given up defending herself. Feeling like they maybe to blame, the guys try to turn her around by encouraging her to restart her comedy career. Dennis, on the hand, tries to set her up with a loser to take her off his hands despite her surprising rising to fame.

Episode 2: Gun Fever Too: Still Hot
As Frank goes on a media tour advocating for gun rights, the rest of the gang is split on the issue. Dee and Dennis believe there are too many guns and set out to prove how easy it is to get one. Mac and Charlie think there aren't enough and go out to provide protection for a school.

Episode 3: The Gang Tries Desperately to Win an Award
The gang gets stirred up over the upcoming Best Bar Award and set out to try to win, despite never being nominated. While Dennis, Dee, and Mac emulate a successful bar, Frank and Charlie attempt to make their own contributions.

Episode 4: Mac and Dennis Buy a Timeshare
gang does their best to recoup their investments in questionable schemes by dumping their losses on Ben the soldier while trying to avoid being duped again by whatever mastermind is pulling their strings.

For Mac's Day, everyone gets a day to do what they want while everyone else helps them out whether they want to or not.

Episode 6: The Gang Saves the Day
The gang get caught in the middle of an armed robbery.

The flu breaks out in Philadelphia, prompting the gang to quarantine themselves.

Episode 8: Flowers for Charlie
When an experiment successfully multiplies Charlie's intellect and takes him away from the bar, the rest of the gang find themselves struggling to complete the menial 'Charlie Work' that has kept the bar running for so long.

About the Show:
WE ARE MEN is a single-camera comedy about four single guys living in a short-term apartment complex who unexpectedly find camaraderie over their many missteps in love. Carter, the youngest and most recent addition to the group, moved in after being ditched at the altar mid-ceremony, and is now eager to re-enter the dating scene and get on with his life with some guidance from his "band of brothers": Frank Russo, a successful middle-aged clothing manufacturer and four-time divorcée who still fancies himself a ladies man; Gil Bartis, a small business owner who was caught having the world's worst affair; and Stuart Weber, a speedo-wearing OB/GYN who's hiding his assets until his second divorce is settled. A visit from Ethel's older/prettier/better sister leads her to drug and shave Malloy to pass him off as her child, while Connie masquerades as her husband, Connor.

Led by Nazir the moose, the animals of Brickleberry revolt and try to take back the park with Malloy's help, while Steve tries to keep Malloy from finding out who killed his parents.
