Same thing happening to me. Just bought points and now can’t watch, there is a jwplayer coming up and the video jumps straight to the end / appears as if it’s just a few seconds long. Everything worked just a few hours ago, before I bought new points. Hope it gets fixed soon.  Thanks

All latest TV episodes with JW player starts with the play button that turns red and boom in few seconds goes to the end..

Not able to watch anything from yesterday.

Kindly fix the issue.

As mentioned by others, when pressing play the button goes red and immediately fast forwards to the end. Have lost points as well. I read somewhere this may be an issue with just Apple devices, is this true? And has an estimate been provided on a fix? Being stuck indoors on a city lockdown VIPtv has been a lifesaver to be able to watch shows from home. Thanks!

Just adding another to the list of being unable to play anything because of this 'jwplayer' media player crap. Not a great time to be changing things. Hopefully it will get back to working soon.

Do we need to email to get our points refunded?

Same issues with the jwplayer as my fellow viewers above!  I too am on a Mac, and problem persists for all browsers.

Not the best time to try and change whats already working.

How about holding off updates and changes till we are out of lockdown. If there was a time we needed a site like this it's now.

Looks like the devs have changed the JWPlayer version and it's broken all videos.

Please fix of course, but also, please make sure the Chromecast etc remains enabled if you are updating the version used.

Just chiming in with the same issue, I am on Mac OS Mojave, tried three browsers, enabled flash, checked settings, all that – could not get video to load. <img src="http://friendvista.com/forum/images/smilies/default/sad.gif" smilieid="2" border="0">

I’m also having same problem- this JWPlayer is creating a big red play arrow immediately after I start the movie or show- it plays an odd static sound and immediately jumps to the end of the video

Yes we heard back from LBJedward and the issue is resolved now. If anyone is still having issues, clear your cookies/browser and try again.

Amazing Stories Season 1, Episode 3 is now fixed. I just checked it and it’s back in sync.
