Season 1

Episode 1: Pilot (Aug/28/2011)
Jason Strider and his friends grapple with dating, sex, and surviving as adults. They care more about hanging with each other, going to bars and hooking up than their entry level jobs, but when a one night stand steals Jason's heart and his pants, he begins a quest to get his beloved jeans back - and hopefully the girl - while growing up along the way.

Episode 2: Baby Monkeys (Feb/02/2012)
Jason, egged on by his friends (and several beers), posts an ad looking for Jane on missed connections. Tina loses her license to mock him, when, while anxiously awaiting a text from Brett, she de-virginizes an intern. Stacey and Eric have new mattress sex on a mattress that turns out to be anything but new.

Episode 3: Never Trust a Moonblower (Feb/09/2012)
Jason decides six is one too many times to clean a toilet... and quits his job at JB's. Still pants-less, now jobless, he meets Tina, hoping to "network," at James Franco's Ravioli Party. Tina is there on her first pre-midnight date with Brett, where she wonders if she's prepared to date a guy who carries around a tattered copy of The Odyssey as a fashion accessory. Meanwhile, Stacey and Eric inadvertently find themselves in a foursome.

Episode 4: Pecker Necklace (Feb/16/2012)
Jason and Tina, now both single and borderline broke, decide to change their fortunes with a debauched night out. Standing in the way of this: Tina has to make an appearance at the lame penis-themed bachelorette party Stacey's throwing for an old sorority sister. When Sloppy Stacey gets drunk, Tina finds it difficult to escape. Deep in Brooklyn, Jason is also delayed -- by a needy pot dealer with a bad cold, and a taste for menthol rub.

Episode 5: Something's Wrong Down There (Feb/23/2012)
Tina has a problem...down there. After being diagnosed in a cringe-worthy scene by almost-doctor friend Eric, she must visit her ex-boyfriends to tell them the burning news. Worst of all, she'll have to go see Brett, which will permanently "off" their on-again, off-again, relationship. Jason finally finds work as a cleaning person, but when he starts hooking up with his sexy, older boss, he starts to wonder if he's getting paid for more than just his housekeeping.

Episode 6: Safety Nets (Feb/23/2012)
Jason still can't find a job and is getting desperate for cash; Tina has a job, but is also broke due to irresponsible purchases, i.e., high-waisted skinny jeans. So broke in fact, she's evicted from her apartment. Desperate for money, the pair makes a pact that they will not turn to their respective "safety nets" for help. Sticking to the promise, Tina enlists Stacey to play lawyer, but she's disappointed when Jason punts entirely and instead chases a cute French girl who promises, " a different way to live."

Episode 7: A Piece of Cake (Mar/01/2012)
Jason finally gets a job...only to discover it involves dressing up as a piece of cake and handing out flyers for " restaurant week." After surviving STDgate, Tina plans to finally tell Brett how she really feels about him. When their days take multiple turns for the worse, Tina and Jason drunkenly, spectacularly, wreck Stacey and Eric's first " adult" party as a couple.

Episode 8: The Blackout (Mar/08/2012)
It's the hottest, sweatiest day of the year, and Tina's new friend Ness -- who clearly has a thing for Jason -- invites the gang to a party way out in Bushwick. On the way, a huge, citywide blackout boils hidden tensions to the surface: Stacey's possible pregnancy, and a longstanding feud between Jason and Tina. Hot, dark, and sans subway, things start to get a little Mad Max on the streets of Brooklyn. Directed by Doug Liman.

Episode 9: Love Equation (Mar/15/2012)
Tina starts dating a nice guy for a change... only to find out he's the lead singer of a Green Day cover band. The lowest form of band. Rather than give up on the relationship entirely, she decides to try to improve her faux Billie Joe. New girlfriend Ness invites Jason to her birthday dinner, where his questionable gift threatens to ruin their growing relationship. Meanwhile, Stacey and Eric get a little too honest with each other.

Episode 10: Sextipated (Mar/22/2012)
Jason questions his relationship -- and his manhood -- when Ness' old flame comes to visit. Tina tries to get a promotion at work and butts heads with a new photographer, Paul. Things get worse when they end up shooting in a back alley under challenging circumstances. Meanwhile, Stacey and Eric's studious "lockdown mode" gets interrupted by a lovelorn Bobby.

Episode 11: Quid No Quo (Mar/29/2012)
Jason pretends he is a casting hot shot in order to date his high school crush, who is now an aspiring actress. His teenage fantasies are becoming a sexy reality, but can he handle lying, or worse, her Samuel L. Jackson impression? Tina goes on an epically romantic date with Paul. Eric, after a harrowing semester, questions his future.

Episode 12: Jerk or Dork (Apr/05/2012)
In the season one finale, Jason and Tina's big celebratory night out at Lench's All Naturals' party goes off the rails. Tina's worried that things are moving too quickly with Paul, and begins to implode, Courtney Love style. Jason sees Jane and tries to finally get an answer to what happened between them. Meanwhile, to help Eric figure out his med school dilemma, Stacey invites over an old beloved professor, who brings along a disturbing date.

I also noticed some other stuff that hadn't been posted from a while ago.  Even though we don't have City Homicide, I updated the episode guide, since the RP site is still active.

I'm about done for the day.  I'll likely check in again later, but if not, I'll be back tomorrow.

About Veep

Veep Premiered on HBO on April 22, 2012

About the Show:
Former Senator Selina Meyer (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) has accepted the call to serve as Vice President of the United States. The job is nothing like she imagined and everything she was warned about. 'Veep' follows Meyer and her staff as they attempt to make their mark and leave a lasting legacy, without getting tripped up in the day-to-day political games that define Washington.

Meyer's inner circle includes: her chief of staff Amy (Anna Chlumsky), longtime press spokesperson Mike McClintock (Matt Walsh), right hand and body man Gary (Tony Hale) and secretary Sue (Sufe Bradshaw) all of whom often do battle with Dan Egan (Reid Scott) an ambitious interloper and smug White House liaison Jonah (Tim Simons).

Created by Armando Iannucci (The Thick of It, In the Loop), the comedy is scripted but shot in an improvisational style. 'Veep' is authentic without being specifically biographical about what it is like to hold the least effectual post in the most powerful office in the world.

Executive Producers: Armando Iannucci, Chris Godsick, Frank Rich;  Co-Executive Producer: Simon Blackwell, Tony Roche;  Producers: Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Stephanie Laing; Directors: Armando Iannucci, Tristram Shapeero, Chris Morris  Writers: Armando Iannucci, Jesse Armstrong, Simon Blackwell, Sean Gray, Ian Martin, Will Smith, Tony Roche, Roger Drew.
