Season 1

Episode 1:
Harry is approached by Gina Hawkes, a lawyer looking for a missing alibi witness for her client – the witness being an old acquaintance of his, the long-term criminal Joe Collins. The case reminds Harry of his own brief criminal past as a getaway driver for his older brother; a venture that ended with the death of his brother and their associate Hillman in a robbery that went horribly wrong. The guilt Harry feels from this incident drives him to uncover what went awry in a seemingly simple operation. His only lead is that he knows the killings were commissioned by a man named Styles. Tom Russell, the policeman who led the investigation all those years ago, is back on Harry's case, and with the past swiftly unravelling at every turn, Harry begins to question exactly who Gina is and why she chose him. A visit to Gina's physician, Dr Sturgess, with a view to stealing Gina's personal details, ends with Harry making a quick exit after the hostile doctor comes at him with a needle, adding yet more uncertainty and intrigue to the situation Harry has found himself in. Circumstances become even more puzzling when, on arriving back at the office, Harry receives an anonymous phone call telling him to immediately vacate the building...

Episode 2:
With his office blown to pieces, Harry is determined to find out who Gina Hawkes is. He gets his friend and accomplice, Frank Hanna, to break into her doctor's office to access her files. But when Hanna is chased out by armed heavies he realises they are caught up in something far more dangerous than they originally thought. With no new leads, Harry thinks Gina's barrister, Nigel Fountain QC, might be able to unlock the mystery. However, he is unforthcoming, leaving only the imprisoned Stevie Quirke to supply any clues. Harry goes to visit him but what he finds rattles him. In one last desperate bid, Harry tracks Gina to Paris, only to be confronted by a past he thought he had long since left behind.

Episode 3:
In Paris, Harry and Gina are held at gunpoint by Hillman – only to find themselves saved by a masked gunman. Tanzir has been mortally wounded, but Harry hears him say "Styles" with his final breath. Harry confronts Gina about why she's been lying up until now and discovers that her parents died 20 years ago, on the same night Mark was murdered. Could they be looking for the same person? Back in London, Gina's visit to Sir Nigel Fountain is cut short when Styles appears at the door under a false name. She makes a quick escape, devastated by the implication that Nigel must somehow be involved. She goes to meet Harry and Frank and together they head to Kent to the house where it all started 20 years ago. Ben Lander still lives there – the only survivor of that fated night – and their visit does not quite go as planned.

Episode 4:
In the aftermath of the shootout in Kent, Frank Hanna lies injured. Unable to alert the police to what's happened, Harry and Gina drop him at a hospital and head to see Joe Collins in a hotel room near Heathrow. Collins is in a desperate state. He tells them he was hired to do a job for Styles a while back but changed his mind. However, rather than walk away, he made the fatal mistake of stealing his laptop. Realising its contents probably hold the answers, Harry takes the laptop and heads to Lauren's with Gina. In the morning, the two of them split up: Gina goes to Nigel Fountain for answers, while Harry finds someone to break into the laptop. Both trips deliver some unexpected truths, and Harry suddenly realises he has less than an hour to stop an event that could change everything – not just for himself but for the country. In a climactic showdown, he is forced to confront the past that has long haunted him.

About Allen Gregory

Allen Gregory Premiered on FOX on October 30, 2011

About the Show:
ALLEN GREGORY is a new animated series that tells the story of one of the most pretentious 7-year-olds of our time.

When he looks in the mirror, ALLEN GREGORY DE LONGPRE doesn't see a child. He sees a young man who is intelligent, sophisticated, worldly, artistic and romantic - characteristics he inherited from his doting father, RICHARD. The pair share an extraordinary father-son bond - a bond that is sometimes annoyingly interrupted by Richard's life partner, JEREMY, for whom Allen Gregory has minimal respect, if any at all. They live together in a stunning architectural loft, along with JULIE, Allen Gregory's adopted Cambodian sister.

Movie star Lacey Rivers is sentenced to a year in jail after she runs down four pedestrians while texting.  Hulking inmate Big Aggie, who marks her territory by scarring her girls' faces, comes on to Lacey.  Lacey is saved by her cellmate, Camille. Guard Maxine intervenes on Big Aggie's behalf, and sends Camille to solitary.  Maxine visits Lacey and attempts to extort her:  she knows Lacey's real name and criminal past.  Lacey files a grievance against Maxine with Warden Jeffries on Camille's behalf, which angers Maxine further.  Lacey also starts an affair with male guard Rafe.  She has Camille punch her in the face, and tells Rafe that it was Maxine who gave her the shiner.  When Maxine again tries to extort Lacey, Rafe follows her into Lacey's cell.  Rafe and Lacey murder Maxine and frame Camille.  Lacey tells Warden Jeffries that Camille gave her the shiner, and begs him to get her an early release.  Rafe is thrilled to think that Lacey will be getting out, until she makes it clear their affair is over.  He then reveals that he found out what Maxine knew about Lacey:  back in Little Rock, where she was a stripper, Lacey convinced a lover to kill her husband so she could collect on his insurance.  Rafe is determined to get even with Lacey for using him.  He clears Camille of Maxine's murder and escorts Lacey to her new cell, where Big Aggie awaits.

Episode 2: Bad Medicine
Nurse Violet MacReady is having an affair with surgeon Greg Cooper, who promises to get her reassigned to the day shift so that they can spend more time together.  That night, at work, Violet is called to the ER, where gangbanger Laz Swan and two rivals are being treated for stab and gunshot wounds.  Laz makes a crude pass at Violet.  Things get worse when Violet goes to speak to hospital administrator Amy Auster and finds her with Greg.  Greg's bogus explanations are interrupted by gunfire in the ER.  Greg hides while Violet goes to the aid of a nurse injured in the shoot-out between Laz and his rivals.  As the police pull up outside, Laz forces Violet to escort him to an alternate exit.  They pass the hospital pharmacy and duck inside.  Greg is hiding there.  Violet goads Laz into a violent assault on Greg.  While Laz is distracted, Violet grabs a hypo and shoots the gangbanger full of sedative.  She snatches his gun, but before she can shoot him, the police arrive ...  Three weeks later, Violet tends to Laz in a prison infirmary.  The newly-empowered Violet, who gained will and confidence in the wake of Greg's betrayal, beat up Amy to get a transfer.  Violet paralyzes Laz with drugs before cutting him up.  She goes to Greg's loft next and cuffs him to the bed during some sexually aggressive foreplay.  Then, Violet takes some AED paddles from her bag and charges them up before Greg's horrified eyes ...

Episode 3: Something Like Murder
Darla MacKendrick conspires with her lover, Beth Odets, to murder her husband, Charles.  The two women met when Beth, a masseuse, gave Darla a massage, and became lovers almost immediately.  Darla is unable to leave Charles because her pre-nup specifies she gets nothing in the event of death or divorce.  Beth comes up with a clever plot so that they can stay together and still have Charles' money:  they murder Charles and, with the help of Howard, Beth's ex-boyfriend, stage a home invasion/abduction to cover it up.  Darla is making a statement to Detective Mitchum when a $10MM ransom demand arrives.  At the drop site, Mitchum discovers that Darla has fooled the cops and absconded with the money.  She goes to Charles' warehouse to meet Beth, who pulls a gun on her and demands the money.  Howard, who has been watching from hiding, shoots Beth.  He tells Darla that Beth was Charles' lover, and that she hatched the entire plot with the intention of keeping the money and using Darla as a patsy.  Howard demands a share of the loot, and accompanies Darla to the ladies room, where she stashed the money.  It's not there.  Howard denies having taken the money, but Darla shoots him anyway.  As she exits the ladies room, she is shot by the wounded Beth:  the women die in one another's arms.  Outside, a Cleaning Lady places the ransom money in the trunk of her beat-up car and drives away.

Episode 4: Speed Date
Game developer Kevin Freeman masquerades as “Dr. Troy Jackson” at an on-line dating site. Of the many women who respond, Kevin selects Alexis as his first date. They meet at a restaurant, and are almost immediately set upon by assassins. Alexis saves Kevin and hustles him to safety. Alexis, an orphan, was trained as an Organization assassin in a remote Himalayan monastery. When she left The Organization, its head, Raven, targeted her for death; by being with her, Kevin has become a target, too. Alexis takes Kevin to a party at the loft of Archie Beecham, The Organization’s accountant. At the party, Kevin encounters his mousy co-worker, Emily, who reveals her inner dominatrix. As he is about to indulge in Emily’s domineering seduction, he is called away by Alexis who needs him to help her get information from Archie. Kevin poses as mysterious international assassin “The Owl” and menaces Archie. Alexis “saves” Archie, but must torture him to death to get him to reveal Raven’s whereabouts. Alexis and Kevin go to Raven’s hideout to confront him. Raven thought Alexis had gone over to another outfit, but believes her when she says she just wanted to get out and have a normal life. Unfortunately, he still plans to kill her and Kevin - until Kevin reveals that he designed a zombie game called “Planet of the Undead.” Raven is a fan, and invites the duo to dinner. If Kevin, who is to serve as Alexis’ food taster, survives the dinner, he may even get a second date...

Episode 5: The White Flower
Bank robber Jimmy wakes from a nightmare to find himself in a seedy motel room, where he waits to contact his boss, Mr. Ryan. Jimmy and his accomplice, O’Brien, killed two cops during the robbery, but the murders don’t bother Jimmy – his nightmares are about white flowers. Jimmy arranges for Cynthia and Barbara to help them while away the time. Cynthia and O’Brien have kinky sex in the room next door. Afterwards, Cynthia removes a gun and silencer hidden in a hollowed-out Bible and waits for the bound and blindfolded O’Brien to wake up. Meanwhile, Barbara quizzes Jimmy about his fear of white flowers. Jimmy tells her about a childhood neighbor, reputedly a witch. It was rumored that she could predict the last thing on earth a man would see. On a dare, Jimmy broke into her house to steal the fortune that was supposed to be stashed beneath her bed. The old woman caught him and told him the last thing he would see would be a white flower. In the other room, O’Brien wakes and Cynthia shoots him. Jimmy calls Mr. Ryan and tells him the robbery didn’t go as planned: O’Brien was killed before they could get the money. This scam is a double-cross dreamed up by Barbara. Cynthia rejoins them in their room, points her gun at Jimmy and demands all the loot. Barbara shoots her. Jimmy feels woozy and realizes that Barbara poisoned the whiskey he has been drinking. Barbara points her gun at Jimmy and pulls the trigger. The last thing he sees is the flame bursting from the barrel of the gun, looking exactly like ... a white flower.

Episode 6: Girls Gone Dead
Jay Roma and his cameraman, Kip, pull up at the dilapidated Theta Alpha Nu sorority house, which is far from campus. The girls, led by Tiffany, Alexis and Erida, have agreed to perform for Jay’s “Crazy Chixx” camera in exchange for the money to fix their house. The girls start swigging vodka and stripping; Jay and Kip take two of them upstairs to film a little girl-on-girl action for the show. Later, Kip checks out some of the upstairs rooms and notices that they are unfurnished; he discovers that the vodka bottles hold only water. He quizzes Erida about this when she comes looking for him. She replies with a hammer blow to the head, killing Kip. Meanwhile, the other girls escort Jay to the basement and seductively swarm him, en masse. When they cuff him, Jay thinks it’s sexy; when they tie a noose around his neck, throw one end over a rafter and stand Jay on a block of ice, he gets nervous. Tiffany reveals that all the “sisters” were stars of Jay’s earlier shows: he got them drunk and intimidated them into doing sexually explicit things on camera. The exposure ruined their lives, and in the case of one coed, Caroline, resulted in suicide. The girls train a camera on Jay and leave him to his fate, which is broadcast live on the Internet.

Season 1 Part 2

Episode 7: Haunted
1924: Edward Lomax and his fiancée, Abigail Strauss, use an ancient Grimoire to open the gateway to hell. A demon takes possession of Abigail, who kisses Edward and sucks the life from him. Present: Paranormal investigators Lex, Susan and RJ interview medium/demonologist Holly about filming a séance at the Lomax mansion for their cable TV show. The current owner, Tom, wants to debunk the house’s haunted reputation so that he can sell it. The séance gets under way: wind whistles through the house, along with the screams of dying men; a powerful force knocks all but Holly from their seats. Lex and Susan separate to investigate in different parts of the house while RJ monitors the video feed from their cameras. Both see Abigail and her ghostly victims, but their cameras transmit nothing. Abigail seduces Tom and sucks the life from him. Holly finds Lex and shows him a document that tells of Abigail, an angel who was cast out of heaven for seducing an archangel. Lex comforts the frightened Holly, which leads to sex – and death, as Holly transforms into Abigail. Meanwhile, Susan has found Edward’s Grimoire. She tells RJ they must get out of the house, and they separate to search for the others. Susan finds the desiccated bodies of Tom and Lex; she races to the guesthouse in time to save RJ from Holly. Susan backs the possessed medium into a pentagram and utters chants from the Grimoire. Abigail releases Holly, and the survivors leave the mansion. As they drive away, Susan smiles at her reflection in the van’s mirror: Abigail looks back at her.

Episode 8: Angel & Demons
A serial killer called the Grim Reaper terrorizes the city. Detective Janet Wright is assigned to the taskforce headed by her former partner, Detective Isaiah Judson. Wright had a breakdown after one of the Reaper’s victims, Greta Lupino, died in her arms. Meanwhile, stockbroker Charles Solomon visits one of Leland Ryan’s strip clubs, where he picks up gorgeous blonde Angelica. Ryan calls the cops to report a possible sighting of the Reaper, and has cigarette girl Lilith furnish a description of Solomon. Lilith also reveals she overheard Solomon mention the Excelsior Hotel. Judson and Wright race to the Excelsior, where Solomon has stripped Angelica and revealed the reason for his hatred of women: his college sweetheart broke his heart by sleeping with his roommate. Solomon menaces Angelica with the switchblade but she gets away, grabs her purse, pulls a .38 and shoots him. The cops arrive as the shots are fired. Wright goes for backup while Judson enters the hotel room and sees the dying Solomon. Wright encounters Angelica, who has taken the desk clerk hostage, in the lobby. Angelica recognizes Wright as the cop who comforted the dying Greta Lupino – Angelica’s sister. Solomon is the Reaper, and Angelica was only getting justice by shooting him. Wright lets Angelica get away. Later, she learns that Greta Lupino had no sister. A gorgeous brunette watches TV reports on the Reaper’s latest victim as she services a bound Leland Ryan. She pulls a gun and takes off her wig: it’s Angelica, and she’s there to exact revenge for the girls Ryan has hurt...

Episode 9: Help Me, Rhonda
Camille Gardner’s afternoon is interrupted by Molly Trevor, Marvin Widmark and Robinson McGraw, who let themselves into her remote ranch house to wait for her husband, Johnny. Robinson reveals that Johnny, who works for Homeland Security, has some documents for them. Camille convinces Robinson to allow Molly to escort her to the bathroom. Molly reveals that she is an undercover cop, and lets Camille take a small switchblade from a bathroom drawer. When Marvin paws Camille during an inspection of the grounds outside, she stabs him. The injured Marvin chases Camille and is about to shoot her when Molly shoots him. Molly is then killed by Rhonda, who escaped from the house, unseen: she is unaware that Molly is a cop. Camille sends Rhonda ahead to a motel while she goes inside to deal with Robinson. Robinson gets the drop on Camille and forces her to open the bedroom door where her “kids” are supposedly sleeping. The room holds Johnny’s corpse. Johnny came home unexpectedly, caught the two women having sex, and hit Camille, who grabbed a knife and stabbed him. Camille pulls the knife from Johnny’s chest and kills Robinson. She showers off the blood, only to find the Feds waiting to arrest her as she steps from the bathroom: the murder was caught on a hidden surveillance camera.

Episode 10: The Clinic
Logan Cale passes out while making love to girlfriend Jessica. A visit to Dr. Chandler reveals that Logan has just months to live: his only hope is treatment at a Mexican clinic. Jessica checks him into the clinic after he has another seizure. Fellow patients Doug and Lindsey give him a tour of the windowless facility, which has armed guards at the doors and cameras everywhere. After six weeks, Logan feels so much better that he wants to leave. A visit from Jessica, who has since found another boyfriend, dissuades him. Patients Jake and Grace are “discharged,” as is Doug. Lindsey makes the connection between the arrival of elderly patients and the disappearance of their friends, and convinces Logan that they must escape. Before they can flee, Lindsey is given another “treatment.” She wakes in the Operating Room, an elderly woman on the gurney beside her. Lindsey leaps from her gurney and runs. She bumps into Logan in a corridor and, together, they overpower a guard, take his gun and get out the door. They find themselves inside a warehouse in the hills above downtown L.A. Then they find the bodies of their missing friends. Dr. Chandler reveals that the patients, adoptees all, are providing organs for their wealthy biological parents. Despite Lindsey’s entreaties, Logan surrenders the guard’s gun when Jessica’s life is threatened. Only then does he learn that Jessica is one of the plotters. He is sedated and wakes briefly in the OR, where he finally meets his biological mother – a steely old woman who is to receive his still-beating heart.

Episode 11: Till Death Do Us Part
Rachel Worth wakes on her wedding day to find a dead stripper in her bed. She remembers nothing of the night before, when her fiancé’s sister, Kim, and friends Daphne and Sharon threw her a bachelorette party. Daphne remembers Sharon’s threatening the stripper, and wonders if Sharon killed him. Kim finds Rachel’s phone, which holds a video of Rachel having sex with the dead man. Did Rachel kill him? Or did Daphne, who never quite got over her love for Rachel’s fiancé, Cam, do it to frame her rival? When homeowner Lilith drops by, Rachel stalls her while the others move the corpse. Then Cam arrives. Still semi-intoxicated from his own party, he heads for the bathroom and finds the corpse. Rachel wants to postpone the wedding, but Cam insists the nuptials proceed: under the terms of his grandmother’s will, he will lose his $10M inheritance if he is not married before his 30th birthday, which is the next day. Attention shifts to Kim, who inherits if Cam fails to comply with the terms of the will. She spiked Rachel’s drink (the reason Rachel can remember nothing) and conspired with the stripper to stage the simulated sex session, which Kim recorded on Rachel’s phone. Kim planned to use the video to derail the wedding, but when the stripper got greedy and demanded half the inheritance, she killed him and constructed an even better frame-up. Rachel and Cam get married. Kim is arrested, but is confident that Cam will spend the inheritance to hire an attorney and free her.

Episode 12: Visions, Part 1
In part 1 of 2, a phony mentalist murders his greedy assistant and hires a new assistant Tara. With Tara's help, a computer hook-up, and a miniscule earpiece, magician Foster Prentiss convinces audiences of his abilities as a mentalist. When Tara threatens to expose him if she doesn’t get more money, Foster makes her “disappear.” Enter con woman Jessica, Foster’s new assistant. Jessica has her sights set on wealthy Ingrid Gardner, who is frantic to communicate with her daughter, whom she believes is dead. Ingrid is in the audience at Foster’s show when the computer and earpiece go dead. Foster tries to wing it. He accidentally touches Violet MacReady and has a vision of her being held hostage by Laz, whom she kills. At his next show, he touches sorority girl Tiffany, and sees her kill sleazy videographer Jay Roma. When he touches Jessica, Foster sees her kill her boyfriend and harvest his organs. Jessica doesn’t fear Foster’s new gift – she sees it as an opportunity. Together, they blackmail Violet and Tiffany. Neither can pay the blackmail, but thanks to Lilith (who suddenly appears), they learn that Foster is also a murderer, and plan to get rid of him. The women send Alexis, Tiffany’s sorority sister, to seduce Foster. He touches her and has a vision of his own death at the women’s hands. He flees, only to be betrayed by Jessica, who helps the women chain Foster up and force him to reveal where he buried Tara. Violet and the sorority sisters leave Foster to die a slow death, send Jessica packing, and comfort her mark, Mrs. Gardner. Afterwards, the cops receive an anonymous tip and dig up Tara’s grave; inside, they find two bodies. Was Foster’s other victim Mrs. Gardner’s daughter, and did she get revenge from beyond the grave?

About Boss

Boss Premiered on Starz on October 21, 2011

About the Show:
Mayor Tom Kane (Kelsey Grammer) sits like a spider at the center of Chicago’s web of power; a web built on a covenant with the people. They want to be led, they want disputes settled, jobs dispensed, and loyalties rewarded. If he achieves through deception and troubling morality, so be it. As long as he gets the job done, they look the other way.

Yet despite being the most effective mayor in recent history, a degenerative brain disorder is ripping everything away from him. He can’t trust his memory, his closest allies, or even himself.

Kane’s wife Meredith (Connie Nielsen) knows nothing. Theirs is a marriage of convenience. Kitty O’Neil (Kathleen Robertson), Kane’s advisor, has her suspicions but stays silent. And Kane’s political advisor Ezra Stone (Martin Donovan), a Yale graduate with a rough edge, remains questionless.

Only Emma (Hannah Ware), Kane’s estranged daughter, has a chance of learning his secret. This is going to be the toughest term yet for the Boss.

About Enlightened

Enlightened Premiered on HBO on October 10, 2011

Enlightened is the new offbeat HBO series written by Mike White and starring Laura Dern as Amy, a self-destructive health and beauty executive who has a very public workplace meltdown. After three months of contemplation and meditation at a treatment center in Hawaii, Amy returns rested and ready to pick up the pieces of her old life and reshape the world she left behind. That includes delivering well-meaning, but generally unwanted advice to her mother (Diane Ladd), with whom Amy is now living; her slacker ex-husband Levi (Luke Wilson) whose only solace comes from recreational drugs; and the crew of awkward co-workers Amy finds herself reassigned to. The series follows Amy as she navigates an unconventional path between who she is, who she wants to be...and what everyone is willing to tolerate from her.
