I just read this on the top of the member center page: "Thanks to donation confirmation system, donators can enjoy their favorite TV shows within 12h after they make a donation." is this "system" something on the site that we can use or is it on your end? i ask this because i donated and its been nearly 24 hours ago and have yet to receive the 240 points. ive also messaged xin, lbjedward and have heard nothing. should i be worried? thank you in advance for your help = ) Receipt ID: 1H0714370A871984A account name: Jones135

Hi Jones135 thank you for your patience in this matter. All donations are usually processed as stated within 12 hrs but some do take up to 24hrs or maybe slightly longer. Each donation is processed manually by our Admin team and this usually means that it is processed quicker and has less problems. If you still have not recieved your points please get back to me and I will personally contact our Admin team for an answer. Thanks for your donation

If you're having difficulties with the live CS, try adding www.9.53kf.com to your accepted sites in your firewall settings. It could be that you are only seeing the initial automated message, but unable see any replies due to it being blocked by your firewall. It happened to me on another site, and when I made the adjustments, it worked fine.

hello, this is a last resort for me to post on the public forum. i have made several attempts at pm-ing regarding lost points. no one has pm-ed me back or reinstated my points. i've lost 28 points to date. is the brush off a hint, not to donate again? i'm just wondering because i first emailed about this in january. thanks in advance for help supplied.

have you provided viewing history on the shows you lost points on in your PM-they need evidence that you did lose the point and not making it up.

Hello, I finished my points yesterday evening around 10 and then donated $10 more, but almost 24hrs (21 to be precise) have gone by and my status still hasn't been updated. You say that it should take up to 12 hours!! Could you please update my points as soon as possible? thanks

No one on the forum has this ability however on the VIP page the blue live cs button is lit please talk to them keeping in mind it may take several minutes to get a response.
