every time i click on an eposide the page comes up and then says done and the eposide never loads.

Try restart your computer than try again i would suggest try one free show to check whether it load before attempting to watch VIP show so you don't lose point

If you are using Firefox as the site suggests when that happens just close all of your Firefox Windows and completely restart your session by logging back in to the site. This has fixed it for me in the past. Restarting your computer might be an overkill but still effective.
