Hi there, ive lost so much points on shows i never even got to watch! Here are the ones i lost points on but i lost them because when i clicked on them the real player box opened and said inalid so i got charged but didnt see the shows! and this happens constantly to me. Could you help?? Have you tried this: When the pop up window opens up, copy the link. Open Real Player and paste the link in File - Open - OK. Try this with a free show, so you won't lose any points if it doesn't work. Hope this helps. And of course, PM lbj so you'll get your lost points back. [ Last edited by serena75 at 1-13-2009 20:18 ]

Just one other question, did you check/tick the "save a copy in outbox" box at the bottom of the message? If so, he won't have received it. Have a read of this for further explanation. Otherwise, check the tracking to see if it has been read yet (also explained in the link I provided)
