I woke this morning to my VIP having a pink play icon for the TV show I was going to watch. So, I clicked the icon, and it made a static noise and scrolled across the bottom start to finish in 2 seconds, showing whatever it is, was over. The expand or full screen icon had turned pink, and to the left of the cc, was a little pink "jw player" where the download or settings icon should be. I tried different TV shows, movies, and even a different medium, from my TV, to my phone, both were identical. Did you change from real media player to JW player? I'd think you'd have sent a notice if you had. Please help. My VIP is useless now.

It started right after I watched the Accountant 2 - everything was fine before then - now everything has the JW Player on the lower right hand of the screen and red/pink icons. There is static for the 1 second the player cycles through to the end, and points are deducted from my account. Agreed the site is pretty much unusable as no shows or movies are able to be played. Hopefully this can be fixed soon!

I'm now 3 hours since I first found this. I even had my wife check at her work, and its not working on my phone, using a Google Samsung phone, my Samsung tvs built in browser and my wife's Samsung phone. I'm in Canada of it matters. Are the mods even looking at this? Seems like a big problem, for multiple people?

Hi guys, It's working now.
I am sorry for this issue. I didn't realized that JWplayer business license expired and could not be renewed in short time.
So we are using videojs player which only offers basic playing functions right now.  We need some time  to customize the player and bring back more functions as the previous one.
