Vanishing Points

On 16 Nov I purchased 100 F$ and converted that to 2000 points. Today, 2 Dec I had ZERO points. According to my viewing history I used 200 points between 15 Nov and 1 Dec. What happened to the remaining 1800 points? I purchased a new 100 F$ on 2 Dec and converted that to 2000 points. I want my 1800 points back.
