Hi, all! I hope this is an appropriate place for my question! I have been bringing my iPod Touch and iPad to the gym in hopes of watching some shows while mindlessly running on the treadmill, and I haven't been able to connect to m.vip.net on either device via wifi. I am trying it on another wifi connection and it's not working here, either. Error as follows: Can't play video / media source loading has failed. Video: The Good Wife 5x08 (I also tried others and got the same error). My iPod touch is old, but my iPad mini has the latest OS. Any suggestions? : ) Thanks so much for your help!

Hi there, has it ever worked on wifi other than the gym? Do you have wifi at home and does it work there? Have you ever been able to connect any other device to the wifi in your gym, has anyone else? It might be a case that their wifi is not strong enough and too many people are connected. It won't let you on then.
