Locked out????

When im trying to log in to my account on VIPtv, it says that my account is locked. 
why is it locked?
and how can i make it unlocked?

Your user name and password should be the same for both sites and as you have logged in here I have no idea why you are locked out of VIP but if you send a PM to lbjedward the administrator he should be able to fix it
