Ripper Street Premiered on BBC One on December 30, 2012

A drama set in the East End of London in 1889, during the aftermath of the "Ripper" murders. The action centres around the notorious H Division – the police precinct from hell – which is charged with keeping order in the chaotic streets of Whitechapel.

Ripper Street explores the lives of characters trying to recover from the Ripper's legacy, from crimes that have not only irretrievably altered their lives, but the very fabric of their city. At the drama's heart our detectives try to bring a little light into the dark world they inhabit.

Taking his uniform off before getting the Inspector from the bare knuckle fight was quick thinking and the way they escaped when trapped in the fire was impressive but loosing most of the photo evidence was bad luck and if killing hooker isn't bad enough they pay with fake money which turn out to be their down fall as the knew who had been using it

Thomas Gower being the main suspect was unfortunate but the 14-year-old refusing to talk didn't help and I cant believe he didn't feel her steeling his ring but getting caught was more believable

You can understand the panic surrounding the sudden cholera outbreak but how some of them were linked was unexpected as they were cross-dressers and the hidden room at the flour mill and how they tested the cure was interesting

Wow what they was going to do to the girl that witnessed the murder was diabolical but the way she confronted the man that had her as a slave was great and poetic justice the he got electrocuted on the tracks

It's a shame Drake's was dragged away from his attempted to courtship with Rose but he does seem to be obsessed with her which isn't going to end well considering she is a working girl, Drake joining the masterminded behind the robberies was bizarre but at leased he helped stopping them

The fight against the international terrorism was disturbing but Homer going undercover was dangerous as the British government was behind it and was using him as a scape goat but Homer getting the better of them was great

Martha being the engineer was an interesting twist and Frank killing a copper was a big mistake but the out come of the duel was awesome as frank fired first and missed

Victor getting shot and killed by the girl was great but finding out the girl wasn't Edmund's daughter was sad
