Restless Premiered on BBC One on December 27, 2012

Restless is based on the novel written by British novelist William Boyd and tells the story of a daughter who finds out that her mother was recruited as a spy during the second world war. It's a story of wartime espionage, love and betrayal and also lifts the lid on one of the last secrets of World War II.

Strange that Ruth's son would ask his mother about her mother on the way to visit her only for Ruth to find out she was a spy and looks like her identity has been discovered, the flashbacks to the war were interesting especially the training but why no firearms training was bizarre, I wonder if Lucas Romer is Ruth's father as he was her mothers lover

Ruth going to see Lucas for her mother was interesting as her cover of being a reporter didn't fool him but Eva past was interesting as it looked like she was supposed to die in Mexico and looks like I was wrong about Lucas being Ruth's father but Lucas being a double agent was predictable
