I was watching a Survivor Season 25 Gouge my eyes out when the screen went green, I have been experiencing this a number of times, when the link to the programme I am viewing freezes and if I reboot a further two credits have been taken.

Hardly fair!

Please tell me what the issues are and how I can avoid loosing credits over an issue which is not on my end.

You need to let us know which episodes you are experiencing this issue (the green screen) with so we can check it.

As for the points being taken again for rebooting, that should not be happening. You have 30 clicks per 24 hours on your initial points.
