Account Disappeared Can't LogIn????

I have had my VIPTV.net account for 3 years. I was watching on Saturday, bought and added points, and everytime I log in my information doesn't show. I choose a program and it reverts back to the log-in, which doesn't allow me to log in. What is going on??? I have 81 points. Please fix this problem ASAP.
