No F$ after paying 2 weeks ago, no reply from PMs to lbjedwards

I bought $20 in F$ almost two weeks ago now, but still don't see it in my account. I sent a PM to lbjedwards but never received a reply. Is there someone out there who can tell me how I can contact Customer Support here?
