HELP!

This is frustrating! I've tried numerous times to watch a show, but it won't load...and yet points are deducted out of my account regardless! Please restore my points to me.

As for your problem with shows not loading, I know it took me an extra long time a few minutes ago to load a show on the US server, have you tried both?
