What's going on with Eastwick? First ep 11 and 12 were loaded the wrong way round, and now ep 13, 14, and 15 are all the same episodes. How can this be rectified?

The show has been canceled , There are only 13 episode to this show, 14 and 15 are duplicate that need removed
