i think English may not be the members first language as the reason why member can't explain but from what i think the member is trying to say that it's not working and there are in Sweden. that as much as i got from the first message .

Thank you Bala, but the point is we'd both be guessing. The mad smiley under my asking for more information indicated to me that the member understood what I had said.

I would have to agree with you.....not sure why they could not even in broken English attempt to elaborate further what the issue is.
