Hi i have been a member of this website for some time and i normally watch the tv shows on my laptop fine, but its not working at the moment so i am using my home laptop top which i have both firefox and real player on but the video will still not play. the video window will come up but nothing else happens PLEASE HELP!!!! Thanks

If all else fails then you should do a clean uninstall which is detailed in the above thread.

have spent a large amount of money on points and there is no facility showing for exchange. it is telling me i have no points and cant use it. please help

If you purchased points, they would should show up in your account on VIPTV.NET, not here in the forum. To check your account balance on VIPTV.NET, click on your username, and it will show how many points you have.
