I do not understand why everytime I add more money to my account I start losing more points!!  I have lost 10 points today alone and 6 points yesterday... it says Stream not found and I have to "X" out and start the episode over, it is not fair... and for some reason when my account is low on points it doesn't happen!  What is the deal and where do I send a message to retreive some lost points??
