I've used this site for a pretty long time and I love it to bits. I haven't been on this forum before for whatever reason and I didn't realise you could claim lost points back. Where do we do this and how? I tried to watch burn notice episode 11 last night and it was unwatchable because of the out of sync sound, I left a message on the thread about bugs but it didn't get a reply. Unfortunately there is no way to see how many points have been deducted. You do not lose points for clicking more than once. You can click the same link up to 30 times in one day before a second set of points is deducted. If you believe you you have lost points please send a PM to lbjedward with a copy of your viewing history and an explanation of the problem.
