Poll: Do you like new look and new VOD system?(Updated on May 26)

New VIPTV site is online now featuring advanced VOD system, more friendly interface and less bugs. Yes, you can see that it's quite different from the former. Here a multiple-choice poll we would like to collect your options and advices to let us to develop new site further. Any suggestions and advices on new site are welcome. Thank you! Updated on May 23: We are so sorry about issues of slow loading and browser crashed. The cause we convince is poor connection and communication capacity of our US server provider whose service is excellent before, resulting in lots of unexpected problems in database server and US source server. We have contacted them to check out and they said the problem can not be solved in short term. Our technical support work around the clock to optimize coding and move all sites hosted on US server to a brand-new server located in EU. Test results show that connection is normal now. But connection of US source server can not be improved right now. If your viewing experience is worsened via US server, please try EU server. We will still keep eyes on sites and do anything necessarily to solve any potential problems. I also appreciate you all for your great suggestions and advices. Please continue to post anything you want to say about improvement of new site. We seriously take your advices into consideration and will apply some that are brilliant and possible soon. Updated on May 25 We sincerely apologize on browser crashing issue happened on MAC users. Now we take every effects to solve this problem. We have reedited playing introduction codes. If any MAC user still have this issue, please do me a favor to send me a PM with an elaborated message you got from the console. Many thanks! Updated on May 26 This time we have removed pop-up window for MAC users, and MAC users will see realplayer launched alone without be embedded in a pop-up browser window. So this way has cut off incompatibility between RealPlayer and MAC system. All Windows users are not affacted and still get a pop-up window to watch shows as before. As I mentioned above, if any MAC user still have this issue, please do me a favor to send me a PM with an elaborated message you got from the console. Many thanks!

The new layout is HORRIBLE and full of BUGS, and HARD TO NAVIGATE. PLEASE switch it back to the old layout! Just some issues I noticed in the first 2mins: -Episodes are sorted backwards -Seasons are sorted backwards -Viewing history is missing last 2 months, only shows 10 pages, doesn't show episode#. Columns are wrong sizes -No color coding of Episode Updates -Hard to tell if episode is free of VIP -You need to change page to see all the episodes of a specific season, that's ridiculous, it should all be on one page like before! -Doesn't show "date added" anymore for each season... -Search doesn't work properly... Searching for "Californication" doesn't show all the seasons... -PLEASE change it back to the old layout!! Thank you

Can't watch at all now

I use this site a lot, but as of today, the new player crashes both Firefox and Safari, whether I'm using the American or European server. Brutal! The look is also less efficient, since less information is shown at a glace, and suddenly there are more pages you have to click through (e.g. the episode list for a season of a show). One thing I do like is the new search feature. But it doesn't do me much good if the player keeps crashing.

I like the old one better, I'm not good with change, can't one thing in my life stay the same lol. I liked that I could see which shows they were going to add next, this one doesn't have that

Problems wachting show

I like the new site..! But onfortunetaly I'm facing some problems watching Without a trace season 3 episode 19. There is a message at the screen that I have to replay the episode. I'm using Firefox, but it also occurs on Safari. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks!

Crash

The new site causes both Firefox and Safari to crash (on a Mac). I can't see any shows at all.

I am on Firefox + Mac and my browser keeps crashing as soon as I open the real player window!! cannot watch any of the shows Could you please please pleeease fix it I am really adicted to the site and now it is not working....

Horrible!!!  I cannot tell you how truly disappointed I am with the "NEW" site.  For starters, for weeks you have been teasing us with this innovative, new site that was coming soon.  There is nothing new here, all you did was copy the same web/design style you are currently using on your movie site (www.movieonline.cc).  The nicest thing I can say is that it is cool that you finally included the episode titles along with the episode numbers.  I'm very upset because I have been a huge fan/user of your site for more than 3 years and have spent a lot of money with you.  Your decision to forgo function for style is very disappointing.  For example, if I want to watch a season of a particular show why must I navigate through 3 or 4 pages to see all of the shows for that season???  Just list the available episodes for each season on ONE PAGE like before!!!  Same goes for FREE shows, just list the links to all available free shows in one easily accessible box.  Who wants to waste their time waiting waiting for multiple pages/images to load???  I FRANKLY DO NOT CARE HOW THE SITE LOOKS, I ONLY CARE THAT IT WORKS!!!  I just recently purchased an additional $100 USD worth of points from you.  Please tell me how to go about requesting a full refund and canceling my membership to your site.  Thank you for you time and attention, I am sad it has come to this point.

The same thing is happening to me at the moment, I am using firefox and the sign says "the site reports: unknown error occurred, please replay it!" The show keeps on playing after I kicked it away but the sign keeps popping up again...

I miss the colour coding that made it easy to see recent uploaded shows. I use Firefox with Ubuntu and nothing crashes. The player still plays smoothly. BUT, pages load very slowly. I love that you put in the episodes title though. All in all, I prefer the old layout.

I like the new layout but for me it seems to be slower. I dont know it is jsut the time I am tring to access the site but will try later

Using an old non-intel based Apple Mac I cannot watch any shows at all now Never had an issue with the previous version of the site

The new look is nice but I find the site extremely slow 'n even unresponsive to the point that I haven't even managed to watch a single episode since the change...,plz fix the bugs or just revert it back..

Hey there, if you are using a MAC have you tried Safari? It's the recommended search engine for apple. Let me know how you get on. Link below: http://www.apple.com/safari/

I tried watching another show, but -again- after 17 minutes, this stupid sign keeps popping up again and again let us hope this is a starter problem, I am stil very confident as I have never ever before in my almost 18 months of membership had any trouble at all

Tried Safari Firefox Firefox 3.5 beta Camino Omniweb Stainless IE and realplayers own browser
