You're right, it does look good. But....I think this would have been better as a film or mini series. I think they'll struggle to make a good series out of this. I hope I'm wrong.

yes i think it would been better as a mini-series as well

ps: My main concern would be it get cancelled after few episodes and we never find out who minute man is. That would really annoy me

Well not exactly a good opening for this show but it was good start. The problem i had with the first episode was that it tried too hard to keep it going and maybe in a few episode it might work but as for this episode it didn't hook me

I liked it with all the possible suspects it reminded me of Harper's Island with regular murders that suddenly stop and what is hidden up stairs

Yes it did remind me of Harper island but I have to say i need to see more episode before it hook me. i have feeling Sam neil character is the magic man but i am more curious about the tattoo on women body symbolise the magic man-is she his child or possible escape victim ?.

Wouldn't it be twist magic man isn't a man but a women ?

So the killer was revealed in this episode and it does seem new sheriff doesn't want to do the job-he should of arrested him. . That car accident at the end was  interesting it seems that she found what she was looking for.

The old guy keeping the landlady busy while she copied the the key looked like a coincidence but what has the new guy from the state police got to do with drugging the girl in the hospital and a nice twist with the car accident at the end

ABC has reportedly decided to pull new series Happy Town.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the show will be taken off air after tonight's edition.

It will be replaced by a Primetime special on May 19 and Transformers on May 26, before returning on June 2 with the first of five remaining episodes.

The show, which has previously been compared to Twin Peaks, focuses on a small town which is haunted by a number of unsolved kidnappings and is rocked by a new crime.

It has struggled in the ratings since it debuted on ABC on April 28.

It does sound interesting....... but on the other hand I know it has been cancelled so I do not really want to get into it only to find it is over and storylines are left dangling.... too bad. With Harpers lsland it was clear it would only be that one season....... And wasn't it originally the same for Twin Peaks too? (Reminds me..... this should SO be on here......)

Well with that clif-hanger from episode 3 i thought we would never find out but look like she's safe and we also learnt something else we finally found out who that girl was working for. . There still 2 more episode left to air
