Hi, It has happened more than once, but the latest today with an episode of Lost, where due to some sort of bad internet connection, the realplayer shuts down and my points are lost. Is there a way to reinburse those points or at least to be able to watch that full episode without any additional points being substracted? Thanks!

You have 30 times per 24 hours to watch any show for the intial points used, so it shouldn't be a problem for you to watch the show.
