Sorry - the problem is on your end. I just tested it and it loaded fine & is playing. Have you tried both servers? Check the VIP Help!!~ Real Player & Other Problems?? (Easy Tips & Fixes) thread and do some troubleshooting of your RP. BTW, which version are you using? I'm using RP SP. if you updated to RP 14 that may be the problem, as some have had issues with it.

Every time I try to play NCIS 8x15 from either server, I get an error message (A general error has occurred http://server2.tv-video.net/rm/n ... I recently started having the following problem - red flashing in latest episodes of Criminal Minds and Law&Order: SVU. Is there any way to fix it? The full red screen comes on every couple of seconds. The shows are impossible to watch and I am just losing points for trying different episodes!

You have to send a PM to lbjedward for reimbursement of lost points. BTW i think there is a problem at the moment so i suggest you only try free shows untill it is fixed

Yes, there seems to be a problem with the EU server. Try using the US server. You won't be charged again as it's within 24hrs. Maybe try a free show on the US server first. Come back and let us know if the other server worked ok for you.
